When I studied Broadcasting and Television in college and was exposed to the advertising industry. With no hesitation, I made up my mind that I wanted to be working as a creative person in this industry.

The first job I won in my career was Creative also Producer in an advertising agency. Four years later, I became the youngest Chief Director in the agency’s 25 years history. Over the course of 7 years, I gradually began to gravitate towards becoming a film director.

As a producer I made more than two hundred commercials and as a film director I’ve directed more than three hundred commercials up to present day. Among them there should be over Twenty films that were nominated for advertising awards.

In 1997, I entered Beijing, as my first step into the China market and the next stage of my career and my life.

Hey, I am not the super woman that can save the world.
My Chinese name has the same pronunciation as the word “peace” in Chinese. This also happens to be my wish for the world.

Being in the commercial industry for over 10 years, I grew up knowing nothing about it, but knowing something about it now makes me extremely grateful.
I am grateful that I have the chance to work in this field.
It is not an easy job, but it is filled with exciting challenges and interesting people.

I learned from being a PA and studied carefully during my climb in this industry. Now I am able to guide my team in making things better.
I can also arrange beautifully for my clients to get a smooth and happy result.

I started in the advertising industry as a talent, hahaha !
After I graduated from university, I became a crew member behind the camera.
I consider myself a lucky person. In these 5 years, I have a chaste wife, an adorable daughter, and a career that I can devote myself to.

As a matter of fact, my family name “Jin” as Chinese character as “Gold” has double meaning.
First, as everybody knows that Gold means money and wealth.
Secondary, Gold in Chinese wording also means “perfection and withstanding a smelting” as Chinese saying — Pure gold does not fear furnace.
My profession has exact connection to above meanings. As accountant as me I will chase my goal to do not only well handling of finance but also to achieve a perfect forming of accounts.

Since 2018, I have accumulated five years of extensive experience in the field of advertising production, covering pre-production planning, shooting execution, and post-production. I excel in team communication and collaboration, effectively organizing and managing filming teams to ensure smooth project completion. With a keen aesthetic sense and creative thinking, I can provide targeted suggestions and solutions for projects. I always prioritize client needs, pay attention to details, and continuously learn and enhance my professional skills, committed to delivering excellent service to clients and realizing my own value.

Sunshine, optimism, positivity, and positivity, a bottle of human samples with a lot of nonsense is just me.

Since I grew up loving movies, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Radio and Television，and completed an MA in Film Making in London.
After trying all the roles in the crew, I found that I was unexpectedly suited for producer and like it, so I plunged into the industry with no hesitation and started as a production assistant with great enthusiasm，now I am one of the filmate family.
